A special meeting of the Cultural Resources Board was held on Friday, November 16, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.
The following members were present:
Board Members present: Jack Steele, Susan Marshall, Sue Beck-Ferkiss, Ann Wilmsen
Board Members absent: Carol Ann Hixon, Patrick Moran, Diane Gaede
Staff Members present: Jill Stilwell, Cheryl Donaldson
Guests Present: None
1. Call to Order - 9:03 a.m. Ms. Beck-Ferkiss
II. Consideration of agenda: No changes
III. Public Input: none
IV. Discuss and Approve Memo to Council:
Discussed a memo to be sent to City Council regarding the Museum's inclusion in the Holiday Display
Task Force's recommendation.
Jack Steele moved to approve the Memo as amended during discussion.
Susan Marshall seconded.
Passed unanimously.
