A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on November 19, 2007 in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda.
Approval of Minutes
Judge Lane approved the minutes from June 7, 2004, June 21, 2004 and November 5, 2007.
Transfer of Ownership of Saigon Grill,
755 South Lemay Avenue, Suite D-3
from Saigon Grill. Inc.. to Kha Hom. Inc.. Approved
Carl Reem, attorney representing, Kha Hom, Inc., stated his client was ready to proceed.
Mr. Hom, representative for Kha Hom, Inc., stated he is the only individual in this corporation. He
briefly described the training he has received as well as the training he requires his employees to
complete. Mr. Hom stated he is TIP's trained. He stated employees automatically id any patron that
orders alcoholic beverage. Mr. Hom stated he has a current copy of the liquor code on premise.
Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Saigon Grill, 755 South Lemay Avenue, Suite D-3,
from Saigon Grill, Inc., to Kha Hom, Inc.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
