LANDMARK PRESERVATION COMMISSION
December 29, 1982

Tom Urlacher appeared with a sign application for 201 Linden, Linden Square
Regalia (Linden Hotel). It is a corner lot, therefore it will have two signs.
The sign coloring will be tan on a beige background. Each sign is 2' by 8' plus
a 6" x 8' strip above it. Text is "Linden Square Regalia, Vintage Finery".
The coloring will also include blue and black trim. Ron Carsten made a mo-
tion to approve the sign. Janet Zemeckis seconded. MOTION CARRIED.
Meeting was adjourned.
