HomeMy WebLinkAboutLandmark Preservation Commission - Minutes - 09/14/1983E LANDMARK PRESERVATION COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: MEMBERS ABSENT: STAFF PRESENT: Regular Meeting September 14, 1983 Dick Beardmore Janet Scott Carol Tunner Wayne Sundberg Susan Hoskinson Glenda McCall Felix Lee Debbie Zeigler John Dewhirst Pne Tester appeared to request approval for painting a portion of stucco on the north side of 216 Linden St. It is now grey stucco. She is also planning to paint a portion of the building on the alley side. Carol Tunner made motion to approve the "buff" color. Janet Scott seconded. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. Jim Reidhead presented an update on OTA project. He plans to request a special meeting to review 100% completed drawings. The plans will be given to LPC to review one full week before meeting date. October 5 at 3:30 was set for special meeting. (After the meeting was adjourned, the October 5 meeting was cancelled by .Tim Reidhead because of prior commitments. LPC will be able to review the plans one week prior to regular meeting on October 12.) Jim also informed the LPC of a project at the corner of Linden and Jefferson that would be presented at a later date. They plan to recreate the original facade.
