CALL TO ORDER

The regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority Board of Commissioners was
called to order at 5:45 p.m. by Chairman Priest.
II. CITIZEN INPUT
There was no citizen input.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Following an amendment to the minutes to reflect that the Board requested a cost
analysis of staffing exchange rather than a complete cost analysis, there was a motion
to approve the minutes as sent to Board members.

Second: Billie Rosen
Action: Passed Unanimously
IV.' MAINTENANCE REPORT
A. The Director of Maintenance presented and clarified the quarterly
maintenance report.
B. The Board was informed of an opportunity to save trash fees at Eastgate
Home Owners Association. The FCHC owns three of the eleven four plexes. The
savings will be used for capital projects or to reduce dues.
V. DEVELOPMENT REPORT
A. The Director of Development discussed the progress of the Via Lopez and
517 Prospect projects.
B. There was discussion of possible future projects.
VI. DWELLING MANAGEMENT
There was discussion of vacancies and the eviction processes.
VII. PERSONNEL POLICIES
A motion was made to amend the Personnel Policies to reflect that probationary
employees may access their personal leave after three months.

Action: Passed Unanimously
Vill. MEMBERSHIP
The Board accepted with regret the resignations of Commissioners Peggy Haller and
Jeff Taylor.
IX. MISCELLANEOUS
The Board was informed that CARHOF has given Family Self -Sufficiency an additional
$1,000 grant for home ownership education and counseling.
X. ADJOURN
There was a motion to adjourn the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing
Authority Board of Commissioners at 6:10 p.m.
