I. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority was called to order at 7:30a.m. by Fort
Collins Housing Authority Executive Director (E.D.), Julie Love.
II. CITIZEN INPUT
There was no citizen input.
III. E.D. Love reviewed the Fort Collins Housing Authority (FCHA) By-laws,.nmarized
programs offered by FCHA and the process used for placement in each program, zpresented a short
Commissioner Training on PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes). E.D. Love also exined services
offered to FCHA by the City of Fort Collins and what role Attorney Jim Martell fas the attorney for
the FCHA.
A motion was made to appoint Kimberly Stenberg as Chairperson and Patrick B as Vice -
Chairperson of the Fort Collins Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.

There was no unresolved business brought forward.
V. FINANCIAL REPORT
The Commissioners received a copy of the 1999 Audit to review.
VI. HOUSING PROGRAMS REPORT:
The board reviewed the Housing Programs Report
VII NEW BUSINESS
E.D. Love gave some background about FCHA staff since 1999 and inf Commissioners of
employee issues/concerns.
VI. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made to adjourn the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority at 8:53am.
