Regular Meeting - May 10, 2004

A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on May 10, 2004 in Municipal Court,
Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there were not changes to the agenda.
Request from Mountain Dog, Inc., dba
Cozzola's Pizza to Change, Alter, or Modify the
Licensed Premises at 241 Linden Street, Approved
Dave Cozzola, representative for Mountain Dog, Inc., briefly described the proposed changes. He
stated he is in the process of obtaining an encroachment permit. Mr. Cozzola briefly described the
petitioning process and that the results were favorable. He stated he has not received any negative
input regarding this application.
Judge Lane approved the request from Mountain Dog, Inc., dba Cozzola's Pizza to change, later, or
modify the licensed premises at 241 Linden Street, contingent upon approval from Poudre Fire
Authority and Building Inspection.
Request from Two Guys from Naples, Inc.,dba
Pulcinella Ristorante to Change, Alter, or Modify the
Licensed Premises at 2100 West Drake Road Suite 1 Approved
Tony Race, representative for Two Guys from Naples, Inc., briefly described the proposed
modifications. He stated they are expanding the waiting area and decreasing the size of the patio.
Mr. Race stated he has received numerous positive comments regarding this application.
Judge Lane approved the request from Two Guys from Naples, Inc., dba Pulcinella Ristorante to
change, alter or modify the licensed premises at 2100 West Drake Road, Suite 1.
