Staff Liaison: Aimee Jensen A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authoritywas held on September 24, 2007 in Municipal Court, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated there are no changes to the agenda. Approval of Minutes Judge Lane approved the minutes from September 10, 2007. Approval of 2008 Liquor Licensing Authority Schedule Judge Lane approved the 2008 Liquor Licensing Authority Schedule. Registration of Jimmy Dolan as Manager of Texas Roadhouse, 4643 South Timberline, Approved Jimmy Dolan, manager applicant, briefly described his background. He stated they provide TIP's training for all employees on a monthly basis. Mr. Dolan stated he is TIP's certified. He stated there are 93 employees of which 25 serve alcohol. Judge Lane approved the registration of Jimmy Dolan as manager of Texas Roadhouse, 4643 South Timberline. September 24, 2007 Registration of Ryan Foltz as Manager of Ft. Collins Hampton Inn, 1620 Oakridge. Approved Ryan Foltz, manager applicant, stated he will be scheduling TIP's training for all employees involved in the sale and service of alcohol. He briefly described the training he has received. Mr. Foltz stated they have zero tolerance for violating the liquor code. Judge Lane approved the registration of Ryan Foltz as the manager of the Ft. Collins Hampton hm, 1620 Oakridge. Transfer of Ownership of Conor O'Neill's Irish Pub, 214 Linden Street, from Conor O'Neill's of Ft. Collins, LLC, to Ferhill, Inc., and Trade Name Change to The Black Oak Pub & Restaurant. Approved Brian Hilliard, representative for Ferhill, hic., briefly described his background. He stated they will only be making cosmetic changes to the premises. Mr. Hilliard stated he will send all employees to Liquor Enforcement Officer Younger's training. He stated all patrons in the evenings and on the weekend must have identification to enter the premises. Mr. Hilliard stated the emphasis of this establishment is food service and a family type restaurant. Judge Lane approved the transfer of ownership of Conor O'Neill's Irish Pub, 214 Linden Street, from conor O'Neill's of Ft. Collins, LLC, to Ferhill, Inc., and Trade Name Change to The Black Oak Pub & Restaurant. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 1:29 p.m. Municipal Judge
