Agenda Item 2: Final EAC NCEDC Recommendation to Council
This is the final Economic Advisory Commission recommendation to City Council
regarding the Northern Colorado Economic Development Corporation
McMillan motioned the EAC recommends that the City Council supports and provides
funding to the NCEDC in the 2008 budget for services and programs that support the
further implementation of the City's Economic Action Plan. The EAC specifically
recommends that the City funding be provided to support the projects, services and
programs such as
Regional economist
FC Cluster development
FC Tech Incubator
Business Retention and expansion
Industry data collection and surveys
Hovatter second, and the motion passed unanimously.
