Regular Directors Meeting
September 20, 1984
A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Downtown Develop-
ment Authority was held upstairs at 281 North College at 7:30 a.m.,
September 20, 1984.

Earl Wilkinson opened the meeting and called for approval of the
- minutes of August 23. Barbara Schofield, seconded by Dave McCarry,
so moved.

MINUTES
Dick Beardmore added that the Wills have appeared before the
Landmarks Preservation Commission with conceptual plans for the
renovation of the backs of their buildings. The Project Manager
added that Paul Wagner is delaying the finish of the stairway into
the basement of the Avery Building and that the quality of the work
does not seem to be the same required of others working on the
plaza. The Board requested that a letter be written to Mr. Wagner
on the matter.
Dave McCarry, seconded by Barbara Schofield, moved that the Board go
into Executive Session to discuss legal matters.
The Board came out of Executive Session and there being no further
