Regular Directors Meeting
December 20, 1984
The Board of the Downtown Development Authority met in regular ses-
sion at 7:30 a.m. December 20 in the Council Information Center of
the new City Hall.

Earl Wilkinson called for approval of the minutes of November 29 and
December 10. Dan Larsen, seconded by Chuck Wanner, so moved. There
were no dissenting votes.

Chuck Wanner, seconded by Barbara Schofield, moved that the meeting
go into Executive Session to discuss legal matters. There were no
dissenting votes.
Following Executive Session, Gene Mitchell requested the prompt and
timely opening of the garage.
