Regular Meeting - June 11, 2007

A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on June 11, 2007 in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 215 North Mason. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Agenda Review
Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated that there were no changes to the agenda.
Show Cause Hearing for
Liujiang, LLC, dba
Jasmine Garden,
2721 South College Avenue, Order Approved
Zhaoyu Liu, representative for Liujiang, LLC, stated through an interpreter, that he admits to the
violation of serving an underage person and not providing proof of training within the required 60
days.
Senior Assistant AttorneyAblao summarized the stipulation agreement. She stated that the Licensee
has agreed, through an interpreter, to a 73 day suspension, 43 days served, with 30 days held in
abeyance for 1 year for violating C.R. S., 12-47-90 1 (1)(a. 5), permitting the sale or service of alcohol
beverages to a person under the age of 21 years. She stated the Licensee has not been serving
alcohol since April 30.
Judge Lane stated Liquor Enforcement Officer Younger will notify Deputy City Clerk if the training
Zhaoyu Liu and Xixia Jiang have received is adequate. Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated she will
notify the licensee of Liquor Enforcement Officer Younger's decision.
Judge Lane approved the order as presented for Liujiang, LLC, dba Jasmine Garden, 2721 South
College Avenue.
