Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding. Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer Agenda Review Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated the manager registration application for the Black -Eyed Pea, 4312 South College Avenue has been withdrawn. Approval of Minutes Judge Lane approved the minutes from June 12, 2006. Show -Cause Hearing for First Fish, LLC, dba Sullivan's Sports Tavern, 820 City Park Avenue, Hearing Continued to July 10, 2006 Assistant City Attorney Ablao stated the licensee is waiving the requirement for having a hearing within 15 days to allow the attorneys to reach an agreement. Judge Lane continued to the show -cause hearing for First Fish, LLC, dba Sullivan's Sports Tavern, 820 City Park Avenue to July 10, 2006. Registration of Jennifer Weston as Manager of Tailgate Tommy's, 145 East Mountain Avenue, Approved Jennifer Weston, manager applicant, briefly described her background. She stated she has extensive experience dealing with visibly intoxicated patrons. When there is a disturbance on the premise, Ms. Weston stated she has no problem contacting the police. She stated she has a current copy of the liquor code on premise. Judge Lane approved Jennifer Weston as manager of Tailgate Tommy's, 145 East Mountain Avenue. June 26, 2006 Registration of Neil Reinhardt as Manager of Black -Eyed Pea, 4312 South College Avenue, Application Withdrawn Deputy City Clerk Jensen stated the Licensee has withdrawn this manager registration application. Registration of Eric Gordon Flashner as Manager of Trail Head Tavern, 148 West Mountain Avenue, Approved Eric Flashner, manager applicant, briefly described his background. He stated he has been working at the Trail Head Tavern for 4 years. Mr. Flashner stated he has attended Officer Younger's training that the owners have worked closely with him over the last 2 years. He stated he requires all staff to attend Officer Younger's training. Mr. Flashner stated that there is always a manager on duty and that every patron is carded. He stated that the door person is responsible for carding patrons in the evening. Judge Lane approved Eric Gordon Flashner as manager of Trail Head Tavern, 148 West Mountain Avenue. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 1:15 p.m. Municipal Judge
