LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
June 20, 1975
Special Meeting
5:00 P.M

The Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. stating the
purpose of the special meeting was to consider a special events
permit for the American Legion, Alonzo Martinez Post 187.
Mr. Philip Martinez, secretary for the group spoke to the purpose
of the request for the permit.
The City Attorney advised the Authority that he had been advised by
the Police Department that the past experience with this group was
good, there had not been any problems in the issuing of prior special
events permits.
Authority member Stoner made a motion, seconded by James MacNair to
approve the special events permit for the American Legion, Alonzo
Martinez Post 187 for June 28 and 29, 1975. The Chairman put the
motion which was unanimously adopted.
Authority member MacNair made a motion seconded by Ed Stoner to
adjourn. The Chairman put the motion which was unanimously adopted.
