Dave Pearson, investigating officer for this case was requested to remain for the purposes of Subcommittee inquiries. Regular Session: At 6:52 p.m. Subcommittee Vice Chairperson Edwards moved to adjourn from executive session. Subcommittee Member Martinez seconded the motion. There was no discussion and the motion carried 3-0. At 6:53 p.m. Subcommittee Vice Chairperson Edwards moved that the internal investigation, Case Number 2006-03. prepared by the Office of Police Services is sufficient for the purposes of each accusation set forth and that the Srbcommillee canals wilh the 6hdihgs set loth by the Office of Police Services with respect to Allegation #1 (Use of Faco•Exoneraled) and Allegation f2 (Poky Violation: Prisoner Handling-Exoneraled) and expresses no additional comment.
