Elaine called the meeting to order at 5:05 P.M.
The purpose of the meeting was 1) to discuss The Ordinance Establishing Local
Sanctions and, 2) a Soapbox article for the Coloradoan written by Lisa, Elaine
and Police Chief Dennis Harrison.
A discussion followed on both the proposed city ordinance and the letter written
by HRC members and the Fort Collins Chief of Police. No action was taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:15.
