Special Meeting Present: Rudy Baldivia Carlos Seegmiller Ed Stoner Absent: James McNair Linda Renz Staff Members Present: Officer Groves and Deputy City Clerk LaVonne Hoffman. The Chairman, Carlos Seegmiller, called the meeting to order stating the purpose was to consider two liquor license renewal applications. Renewal Application for a Hotel -Restaurant Liquor License with Extended Hours for Casa Godinez, 215 East Foothills Parkway Approved Deputy City Clerk, LaVonne Hoffman, read the following Police Department Report. On December 18, 1975, the above named persons made application for renewal of their Malt, Vinous, and Spirituous Liquor License. On the same date this officer received the application for review. This officer checked the records of the Fort Collins Police Department and the Larimer County Sheriff's Office and found no liquor law violations for the above establishment during the past year. However, it was found that Jesse Godinez and Gillermo Godinez, DBA, Casa Godinez were convicted in the City of Fort Collins Municipal Court of four various tax law violations. This officer can find no legal basis to recommend,denial of this renewal application at the present time. Authority member Stoner made a motion, seconded by Authority member Baldivia to approve the renewal application for a Hotel -Restaurant Liquor License with extended hours for Casa Godinez Restaurant, 215 Foothills Parkway. The Chairman put the motion which was unanimously adopted. Renewal Application for a Retail Liquor Store License for Campus West Liquors, 1107 City Park Avenue, Approved Deputy City Clerk, LaVonne Hoffman advised the Authority that the Police Depart- ment Report stated in part "found no violations for the above named establishment in the past year . . . can find no legal basis to recommend denial of this appli- cation at the present time." Authority member Baldivia made a motion, seconded by Authority member Ed Stoner to approve the renewal application for a Retail Liquor Store License submitted by Campus West Liquors, 1107 City Park Avenue. The Chairman put the motion which was unanimously adopted. Adjournment There being no further business to consider, Authority member Stoner made a motion, seconded by Authority member Baldivia to adjourn.
