LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
Special Meeting - 10:30 A.M.
A special Meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority of the City
of Fort Collins was held on July 21, 1976 at 10:30 A.M. in the
Council Chambers in the City of Fort Collins City Hall. Vice -
Chairman MacNair called the meeting to order noting the following
members present: Dell Bean, James MacNair and Ed Stoner.
Members Absent: Linda Renz and Carlos Seegmiller.

Deputy City Clerk LaVonne Dowell advised the Authority that the
purpose of the Special Meeting was to consider the renewal
application for a Tavern Liquor License and Extended Hours for
Keith and Donna Blakeslee dba Serendipity Supper Club, 1201
North College Avenue.
Attorney Arnaud Newton, representing the licensee advised the
Authority that the renewal had not been submitted previously
due to some problems with the lease. These problems have now
been solved and the renewal was submitted to the Authority for
review. Mr. Newton also thanked the Authority for meeting in
a special session to consider this application.
Authority member Stoner made a motion, seconded by Authority
member Bean to approve the change in status from a Hotel -Restaurant
Liquor License to a Tavern License with Extended Hours and to
approve the renewal of the license for Keith and Donna Blakeslee
dba Serendipity Supper Club at 1201 North College Avenue. The
Chairman put the motion which was unanimously adopted.
Authority member Bean made a motion to adjourn seconded by
Authority member Stoner. The Chairman put the motion which was
unanimously adopted.
