I. Call to order. 3:34 p.m. - Mr. Tollison
II. Consideration of the current agenda
III. Review of Minutes from the Meeting on November 15, 2006
Ms. Liska-Smith motioned to approve the Minutes
Mr. Howe seconded the motion
Unanimously approved
IV. Citizen Participation: None
V. Annual Report: Ms. Martin distributed the annual report for the board to review.
Mr. Howe motioned to accept the annual report as written.
Ms. Carr seconded the motion.
Unanimously approved
VI. 2006 Project Overview.
APP staff presented a power point presentation showing the projects completed in 2006.
VII. Staff Reports:
Ms. Martin distributed staff reports with an update on APP projects.
VIII. Other Business:
This meeting is Ann Carr and Cori Huron-Ctmningham's last meeting. We will have two new members join the
board in January.
IX. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 4:19 p.m. by Mr. Tollison
