A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on November 13, 2003 in Municipal
Court, Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Summary Suspension Hearing for
Prospect Liquors,1115 West Prospect, Suite 105
License Summarily Suspended until November 17, 2003
Assistant City Attorney Ablao detailed the events leading up to this request to summarily suspend the
tavern liquor license at Prospect Liquors, 1115 West Prospect, Suite 105. She stated the Licensee's
repeated violations in less than two months evidences a deliberate and willful violation of the liquor
Code and given frequency of said violations, it is imperative tot he public health, safety and welfare that
emergency action be taken.
Judge Lane summarily suspended the retail liquor store license at Prospect Liquors,1115 West Prospect,
Suite 105 until November 17, 2003 to be heard with a previously scheduled show -cause hearing for
alleged violations.

Municipal Judge
