A regular meeting of the Liquor Licensing Authority was held on January 31, 2005 in Municipal Court,
Justice Center, 201 LaPorte. Judge Kathleen M. Lane Presiding.
Staff in attendance: Teresa Ablao, Assistant City Attorney
Robert Younger, Liquor Enforcement Officer
Aimee Jensen, Deputy City Clerk
Show -Cause Hearing for Versacorp, Inc.,
dba The Avenue,151 South College Avenue, Stipulation Agreement Approved
Assistant City Attorney Ablao summarized the stipulation agreement and stated that the Licensee was
present to answer questions. She stated that the Licensee has agreed to a 15 day suspension, 5 days
served (paid fine in lieu of suspension $1356), 10 days held in abeyance for 1 year for violating
Regulation 47-900, conduct of establishment.
Farshad Nojoumi, representative for Versacorp, Inc., stated that the bartender involved in this incident
has been suspended for 10 days. He stated he will submit a letter to the Authority that this will not
reoccur.
Judge Lane approved the findings, conclusion, and order accepting the stipulation agreement as
presented for The Avenue, 151 South College Avenue.
Adoption of the 2004 Liquor Licensing
Authority's Annual Report, Approved
Judge Lane adopted the 2004 Liquor Licensing Authority's Annual Report.
The meeting adjourned at 1:25 p.m.
