III. Brainstorm of expenses needed for HRC activities.
Each committee will bring a list to next months meeting
-in writing -of expenses that could arise for HRC activities.
IV. EEO/AA
Report on Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action in the
City of Fort Collins Employment will be distributed to Council, HRC
the City Manager, Ed Gibbs, Mike Powers Jaime Mares and the Commission
on the Status of Women.
When the report is to be discussed by Council, Commission members will
be notified by Jaime about time, date and place of discussion.
Motion - Susan Lamb - Approve the EEO report, Rosemary Sheridan second.
Vote 6-0.

V. Martin Luther King Day
David is forming a committee to coordinate the City celebration.
Bob Evans, John Kefalas are citizen members so far.
VI. Committee
A) CED - HUD tapes will be placed in the library video file.
B) AIDES - No publication of the article has happened. The CED will
meet with the City manager on their issue.
C) Anti -Discrimination - The committee has worked toward encouraging
board based applications to City boards and commissions.
D) HRC - AWARD
E) CAB - The process of delivering human services is being developed.
VII. Other Business - Paula Huddle will be at her last meeting April 15, 1987.
