I. Ernie Chavez has resigned by letter to the Commission. Chuck Griffin
has been appointed. This appointment will be official next month.
II. Minutes approved by Motion - Paul; Second - Mary and passed.
III. Housing Discrimination.
- Sack lunch 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Testing Training
Would like 20 to 25 for a session
- Jaime will coordinate getting a list of trainees
- We need to get names, numbers, and ethnicity to Jaime
- The Housing Authority has not gotten back to us yet.
IV. Boulder HRC meeting - David Lipp.
- Boulder HRC: 1. Has the power to levy fines and
2. Does not investigate
3. Does allocate money to social programs
V. Committees:
CAB - Orientation and new year beginning. Mary and Randy would like
to join Paul on CAB.
CED - Viewed housing discrimination tapes.
Cable will show it sometime, other places will be seeing the tapes.

AIDS - An educational article will be in the Utility newsletter in
February. Articles will be in various other literature also.
EEO - Report is being worked on.
HRC - Award - Needs to start up for next year - 2 awards - David, Paula,
Susan.
Employee recognition is being worked on by Joyce Kelly in Employee
Development.
Motion to have 2 awards - 1 for individual, 1 for organization.
Passed unanimously.
POLICE - Meeting with Bud Reed was positive and helpful.
HRC members are encouraged to go on a ride along program and
start neighborhood watches.
ANTI -DISCRIMINATION - Low income.
- Larger Employers of Fort Collins private sector.
- City Commissions

Loveland - wants a regional conference mailing list.
