1994 WORK PLAN
At its annual retreat, the Downtown Development Authority Board of
Directors established the following short and long-term goals:
short-term•
1. Follow-through and complete Linden Hotel redevelopment;
2. Develop facade improvement funding program;
3. Resolve downtown vending issues;
4. Keep downtown interests represented regarding such issues
as the bypass, Canyon Avenue Walkway, railroad
relocation, G.I.D., etc.;
5. Parking.
Loaa-term•
1. Poudre River incorporation into downtown;
2. Hotel/convention center;
3. Residential Development.
