WORKPLAN 1995
* Continue facade and sidewalk improvement programs to
revitalize and beautify downtown Fort Collins.
* Work in concert with Landmark Preservation Commission by
having an LPC non voting representative attend DDA Board
Meetings.
* Broaden Enterprise Zone role to incorporate administrative
duties with regard to Fort Collins Symphony and One West Art
Center annual financial drives.
* Actively participate in resolution of downtown parking study
and problems.
* Continue to provide assistance and support to City as the
Master Plan for a Civic Center develops.
* Formulate or be active in a Safety Task Force for downtown
pedestrian traffic.
* Encourage housing development in the central business district
* Continue to support Poudre River Corridor in its own right,
and as a connection to downtown.
