Review Subcommittee Meeting For Case IA#99-39
Friday, 01-19-00, 8:00 p.m.
Human Resources Conference Room, 200 W. Mountain

Others: IA. Hal Dean (Police Services), Greg Tempel (City Attorney's Office)
Agenda:
• ,Go into executive session to discuss the case
• Come out of executive session and vote (if needed)
The meeting started at 8:02 p.m. Rick made a motion to go into executive session with
Hal and Greg present. Brian seconded. The motion carried 3-0. The subcommittee
entered executive session and discussed the case.
At 8:23 p.m. the subcommittee came out of executive session. Rick made a motion that
we find the report for case IA#99-39 accurate and sufficient. Brian seconded. The motion
passed 3-0. Becky will write a memo explaining our decision. This memo will be sent to
Chief Dennis Harrison and City Manager John Fishbach.
At 8:25 p.m. the subcommittee adjourned.
