Fort Collins Citizen Review Board Minutes
Review Subcommittee Meeting For Case IA#99-29
Friday, 12-17-99,5:30 p.m.
Human Resources Conference Room, 200 W. Mountain
Present: Carole Stansfield (Chair), Brian Carroll, Monica Garcia, Rick Aulino
(Alternate)
Others: Lt. Hal Dean (Police Services), Greg Tempel (City Attorney's Office)
Agenda:
• Go into executive session to discuss the case
• Come out of executive session and vote (if needed)
The meeting started at 5:30 p.m. Brian made a motion to go into executive session with
Hal and Greg present. Monica seconded. The motion carried 3-0. The subcommittee
entered executive session and discussed the case.
At 6:23 p.m. the subcommittee came out of executive session. Brian made a motion that
we find the report for case IA#99-29 accurate and sufficient. Monica seconded. The
motion passed 3-0. Carole will write a memo explaining our decision. This memo will be
sent to Chief Dennis Harrison and City Manager John Fishbach.
At 6:32 p.m. Monica made a motion to adjourn. Brian seconded. The motion carried 3-0.
