The Mayor suggested that the HRC Police Sub -committee get together with the Council Health and Safety Committee (Mayor Azari, Chris Kneeland and Chuck Wanner) to evaluate the CLP. The two groups needed to see if the CLP is on track, to determine if changes needed to be made, etc. The City needs to evaluate if we need to re -think the entire CLP concept. Mayor Azari indicated she would like the HRC Police Sub -committee and the Council Health and Safety Committee to make a joint presentation about the CLP to the entire Council sometime during the late fall quarter. The Mayor also inquired about how things were going with the Human Resources Grants Committee. Ramona Robertson and Shari Olson reported that they felt the City's money was being well spent supporting the various agencies which were getting money from the Grants Committee. Mayor Azari suggested that Ramona and Shari evaluate additional needs that are not being met, and make recommendations to Council if the City needed to contribute more funds.
