IV. Objectives for 1982-83 Reports
Ed Gibbs, Colo. Civil Rights
Commission
A. Charla Weiss - Shadow Program: To be given at a later date
B. Sam Blanco - Tutoring Program: Sam reported that at this time, a
tutoring program is being handled by the Poudre R-1 School District.
C. Jerry Wallace and Dean McWilliams - Police Department: Reported to
the Commission on the handling of juveniles by the Police Department.
V. Election of Officers for 1982-83:
VI. Appointment to Standing Committee
Postponed until October meeting.

VII. Staff Report: Membership of Other Boards and Commissions: Mike Powers
reported that all Boards and Commissions members are limited to two
terms or eight consecutive years service. All members who have been on
a board or commission for a longer period than that will not be reappointed
on expiration of their present term.
