October minutes were approved as submitted. New member, Louise Wendt White
W-as introduced.
Under old business, Mike powers reported on the City's EEO/AA plan as approved
by City Council. TWO women have already been hired.
1. First report will be available by the end of December (1st quarter)
Development of intern program through CSU.
3. Apprenticeship program will be in Light and power.
Mike will report quarterly on the plan to BW.

Suggestions - newspaper articles or publication of brochure
about the charge of HRC.
2- Money - a budget for iEZC.

Restructuring of HRC.

Quarterly meeting scheduled with Lt. Bud Reed and Chief Bruce

Agency allocations have been established.

Martin Luther King celebration - report by David.
Uhler new business, Mary discussed the possibility of working with the
C=R;sSion on the Status of Women an a project. Mntibers prioritized their
three most important interests from a list of suggestions from the
Commission. Jaime made a list which will be m&mitted to the Commission.
Under anno nests, Steve suggested that the HRC carry out part A of the
Purpose of the Commission by educating ourselves first.
Next meeting will be December 16, 1987
