Landmarks Ca[mission: Wayne Sundberg, Susan McMillan, Richard
Beardmore, Ronald E. Carsten
I The meeting was called to order by Colleen Cassell.
II The minutes of the January 28 meeting were approved as written.
III The manbers of the new Landmarks Commission mission introduced themselves, telling
a little about their background and interests. Ellen Thexton welcomed the
new Commission and the Board then introduced themselves to the Cmmission.
The new Landmarks Ordinance, as it relates to the duties of both the Cultural
Resources Board and the landmarks Ccamission, plus the relationship between
the two groups, were discussed.
IV Staff Reports - Ellen Thexton reported on the Colorado Arts & Humanities
workshop, "Quality in the Arts", held in Colorado Sprirxjs Saturday,'Feb.
5. The current projects of the Rocky Mountain Arts Consortium were also
announced by Mrs. Thexton.
