Subcommitee Meeting —Tuesday, July 7, 1998

MEMBERS PRESENT: Marilyn Barnes, Beverly Campbell, Mike Chavez, Deanna
Gram, Wil Huett, David Lauer, Leigh O'Connell, Kevin
Oltjebruns, Adena Shoshaw
MEMBERS ABSENT: Roger Sherman
STAFF PRESENT: Ellen Martin, Mark Breimhorst, John Steven
After reviewing sixteen proposals, the subcommittee filled out evaluation forms and
discussed the artwork and the rankings.
Marilyn Barnes moved to approve the top three ranked proposals as finalists and
the next two as alternates
David Lauer seconded
Approved unanimously
