III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of August 20, 1998
Mr. Lynxwiler moved to approve the minutes
Ms. Dale seconded

IV. Citizen Participation
None
V. Cottonwood Glen Park
Craig Foreman from Parks Planning presented the plans for Cottonwood Glen
neighborhood park. The park will have an informal feel and will eventually be adjacent to the
Southwest regional park. One preliminary idea for the park was an environmental piece to become
a playground
Ms. Liska-Smith moved to recommend that the Art in Public Places and Parks Planning
staff select an artist from the artist resource list to design and or build an artistic element in
Cottonwood Glen park for a maximum of $7900.
