I. Call to order 3:38 p.m. — Ms. Gram
II. Citizen Participation
None
III. Downtown Art Project
The selection committee reviewed the proposals, slides, videos and illustrations from the
artists submitting to the project. Following the presentations the committee completed the
evaluation forms. The results of the evaluation forms were tabulated and presented to the
committee. The committee then discussed the rankings and decided to take the proposals with the
top ten scores and re -score those to decide the four finalists.
Ms. Dale moved to accept the top four scoring proposals as finalists.
