I. Call to order 4:05 p.m. - Ms. Sternlieb
II. Consideration of the agenda - no changes
III. Approval of minutes from the meetings May 16 and June 4.
Ms. Liska-Smith moved to approve minutes, with changes
Mr. Lynxwiler seconded
Approved unanimously
IV. Design Consultant Review
Ms. Martin distributed evaluation forms and reviewed the
artists slides with the Board. The board filled out their forms
and handed them back to staff. Results of the voting will be given
to the board at its meeting in July.
V. Capital Improvement Program
Ms. Martin distributed the CLRS list of proposed CIP projects
and a project data form. After discussion, the Board decided to
submit a request of $175,000 for a major artistic feature on the
East Harmony corridor. Staff will check into the cost of the
artwork on Speer Boulevard by Elitches to use as a reference.
