II. Consideration of the agenda - no changes
III. Approval of minutes from the meeting of December 19, 1996
Ms. Sternlieb moved to approve the minutes as submitted

IX. Other business
Mr. Cordiner requested that staff review the RFP language and the exact time the
RFP's are due at Purchasing. Staff will check into it and report on it at the next meeting.
Mr. Lynxwiler wanted to make sure we don't forget to document our accomplishments so
we can use them later as needed.
