Commission I I will finalize at next meeting. OUTREACH I Janet Abby will move up the essay COM. REPORT I contest linked w/Womens History Month. I A Women space article was solicited which will report on June Tried man memorial collection at Library. I Contact was made with Poudre R-1 about I sexist teaching. On -going discussions will continue, staff development person will be approached. Student teachers atl CSU could be contacted. Womens History unit (Colo. Women's Hall of Fame) was contacted for date the unit would be available. We await response. Doug suggested tabling. l LEGISLATION I Commission discussed whether we should l take a position on the abortion issue. l They agreed to take no group action i l at this time. l OTHER I Lynn Ann Warner announced that Colo. Webster will try BUSINESS Dept. of Education Equity is looking to get an article for workshop leaders for a conference l for Womens/Pace. i "Sharing Careers," for young women - l i (6th - 9th grade). Nov.20 Meet. i Decision to hold to original date. Dec. Meeting I December meeting moved to January 8th j Ann T to check on Date l & 22nd. l room. Make decision l next time. City Budget Duffy reported that S.
