GOLF ADVISORY BOARD
Meeting - September 16, 1976
The business meeting Was called to order by the President, Bud Crandall,
following the Golf Board Annual Dinner and Golf.
Mr. Crandall introduced guests and members. Those attending were Mayor
and Mrs. Earl Wilkinson, City Manager and Mrs. Robert Brunton, Mr. and. Mrs.
H. R. Phillips, past Board members and their wives, Bill and Lis Metier,
Tot and Diane Pack, Nail and Gladys Johnson, Dave Sadler and the Board
Membere and their Wives or husbands.
A letter to the Golf Board from Carol Ward, President of Collindale Women's
Association and Julie Brack, President of City Park Nine Women's Association,
concerning green fees for golf teams and the City Tournament was read. A copy
of the letter accompanies the minutes.
A motion was made by Vern Schuster to amend Article III, Section 2 of the
By -Laws, to read "Election of officers will be held annually at the June
meeting; those elaeted to take office July lot of each year". The motion
Was seconded and passed. Vern Schuster moved all present officers serve
until July 1, 1977. The notion was seconded and passed.
A motion to adjourn was made by James Mitchell, was seconded and passed.
