GOLF ADVISORY BOARD
Minutes of Meeting
May 17, 1978
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by President Jim Mitchell.
The current course play records were reviewed and discussed.
The revised tournament schedule was passed out and reviewed.
The Board reviewed the letter from President Mitchell to R. Graef of
Poudre R-I regarding their tournament exemption request.
Bill Metier reported that Collindale will have a course marshall,
Mr. J. 0. King.
H. R. Phillips reported that action was still being taken on the
Pineridge property, but there was nothing new to report at this time.
H. R. Phillips suggested the Board consider going before the City Council
during the budget review period for report on Pineridge.
President Mitchell reminded the Board that election of officers would be
held at the June meeting.
The Board decided that the September meeting would be golf and a cookout
for Board members and wives.
H. R. Phillips and Bill Metier will investigate new ball washers through
advertising. Their report will be forthcoming.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
