GOLF ADVISORY BOARD

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Prea.ident Jim Mitehe-U.

H. R. Phittips presented .the Board with a Zetten 6&om C.S.U. .inbonming
u6 .that .the A.A.U. Cross CountAy Championships witl be held at Cuttindale
.in 1980.
The Board Aev.iewed an agenda on the P.iner,idge Propehty, which Witt be
pne6ented to .the City Manager..
Coneess.ionaiu's contAaet has been awarded to Jack Whitt jot another. two
years.
H. R. Phittipa reported that .the Pro's contracts are stie.F' being reviewed.
H. R. Phillips atso .inbormed .the Board that the roo6 repair. job at City Park
Nine will exceed $1,500.00. Theregore, the City has gone out 6or bids.
A Cengthly discussion was held on .the go 6 cart situation and on .the
maintenance probtem with the current contAactor. H. R. Witt meet with the
Contvia.ctoa and .ib preaent prnbtem6 can't be worked out, he Witt then .initiate
action to cancel h.is conthact.
The Board approved a motion to add $1.00 to the Green Fees Sor all groups
outside Latimer County, wishing to schedule touAna.ment6 on aoA CODU a.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
