MINUTES OF MEETING - January 16, 1980
The meeting vas called to oxde)c at 1:30 P.M. by President Jim Mitchell.
The Board nev.iewed and discussed .the year end xevenue and expense

The pxoposaZ 6xom Western Stope Gas Company to purchase a 50' x 50'

convey the Board's acceptance to Councit.
H. R. Ph,iUips and Jmy P. Mown presented a pxetiminary pnoposat box

They were reque6ting a reduced bee. Board approved 1/2 bees o6 $3.00.
