The regular monthly meeting of the Fort Collins Parka and Recreation Advisory Board
was held on Tuesday. Uovember 19, in the Recreation office.
Mr. Charles W. Peterson, chairman, opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. The minutes of
the October moatia& wore approved.
Mrs. Virginia Goff, Manager of Club Tice, presented a financial report of Club Tice
for the month of Octobar and gave a brief review of the club program. The Christmas
dance is to be held December 21. The financial report wso accepted by the Board.
Tema of the following Bocrd m^.usbers c111 expire at the dad of 1968: Mrs. W. 0. Eddy,
Mr. Thurman F. McGraw, Mr. Lowell M. Allan. Mr. Peterson asked for suggestions for
n•=nes of persons to fill there vacancies which can be submitted to the City Council
for appointment. The folioviug names were su=astedt Mrs. Eddy, reappointment;
11r. John Favor, Dr. Robert Pike, Mr. H. F. Sanford, Mr. Cans Markley, Mr. Ran
Sisson, and Dr. Al Pettine.
Election of officers will be held at the January meeting.
Mr. Phillips discussed the aki program. Bus fees will remain the rime no in past
el years. Lessons at Eldora will be increased from $2.00 to $2.50, and the number of
lessons at Hidden Valley will be increased free four croaks to five wooke for each
session.
Mr. Phillips also reportad on the progress at Eldora Park and indicated auggasted
changes for 10Catlan9 for ball diamonds. Board members approved his suggestion.
The suggestion was code that representatives from the Board participate in presentation
6f tht budget for 1970.
The meeting was adjourned.
