Doreen will oversee the memo. $10,000 was encumbered. Jaime will come up with $4,000-$5,000 if the County can't help with printing costs. * Time line Update - copies will be distributed. Not that far off time line. Karen is doing training for 10 female interviewers; two dropped out. Will basically give interviewers surveys to be completed. They may go into the field next week. They are set up on payroll, the binders and badges are here and the copies are done for interviewers. Libby James will be doing the technical writing for the report. Research used to develop the questionnaire needs to be turned in to the Human Resources drop box by June 3, 1996. Information that really deserves Libby's attention needs to be highlighted. Diane Lathrop will get information from the State regarding child supportaftcZ maintenance. It was mentioned that the number of Caesarean births done at PVH that are over the ceiling may be an interesting study. Commission on the Status of Women Minutes 5/21/96 Page 2 1 itiNpt * Marcile N.
