II. Consideration of the current agenda.
III. Review of Minutes from November 16, 2005
Motion to approve by Mr. Tollison
Ms. Cunningham seconds the motion
Unanimously approved
Review of Minutes from December 13, 2005
Motion to approve by Mr. Howe.
Ms. Carr seconds the motion.
Unanimously approved.
IV. Citizen Participation: none
V. 2006 Pedestrian Paver Submission Review: Mr. Gundlach outlines the selection and evaluation process. Selection
committee completes review. 15 drawings are selected to be sandblasted in granite for the 2006 paver project.
Ms. Cunningham motions to accept the selected pavers.
Mr. Howe seconds the motion.
Unanimously approved.
VI. Annual Report: Ms Martin outlines the report; invites feedback from the board.
Mr. Tollison motions to accept the annual report
Ms. Carr seconds the motion.
Unanimously approved.
VII. 2005 Project Overview: Mr. Gundlach presents a slideshow on 2005 APP project highlights.
VIII. Staff Reports: Ms. Martin outlines current project activity.
IX. Other Business: none
