MINUTES
COORDINATING COMMISSION FOR SENIOR CITIZENS
December 14, 1977
The regular meeting of the Coordinating Commission for Senior Citizens was held
on Wednesday, December 14, 1977 in the City Council Chambers at 2:30 P.M. The
meeting was called to order at 2:35 P.M. by Chairman Ed Chilcott.

Darryl Farrington
Ann Azari
Members Absent: Mabel Kenney
Advisor: Chet Hommon - Absent
Guests: Mary Ann Kennaugh - Human Resources
Ernest Norman - Woodward Governor Employee
The minutes of the November 9, 1977 meeting were approved as read. The report from
Mabel Kenney, Chairman of the Membership Committee, will be heard next month.
Follow-up on the November 9, 1977 letter written by Ed Chilcott will be written by
Darryl Farrington. The subject of the November 9, 1977 letter was Real Property
Taxes as They Affect Senior Citizens.
At our January meeting, Gene Reisdorff of the Division of Services for the Aging,
Department of Social Services in Denver, will meet with us. This will be in
regards to Legal Services for the Elderly.
New Business: A. Choice Care: This topic was tabled until next month when we will
have a full board. Not enough information was available for the Senior Citizens
Coordinating Commission to act. B. Natural Gas Rebate: Chairman Ed Chilcott will
write a letter to Governor Lamm's Advocate Office.
The January 11, 1978 meeting of the Coordinating Commission for Senior Citizens will
be held in the City Council Chambers at 2:30 P.M.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:15 P.M.
