Nelson,Co-Chairman of a steering committee regarding the need for a year round covered ice rink and swimming pool. Ed Chilcott made the motion that the ice rink and swimming pool be delayed at this time. The motion passed 9-0. New Business: Change of Commission name, Goals and Objectives for 1980. The motion was made and seconded that the Senior Citizens Coordinating Commission name be changed to Senior Citizens' Board. The Boards and Commission Manual explains how to change the name. The Goals and Objectives for 1980 remain the same. Ed Chilcott reported the Larimer Council on Aging is being evicted from the county building and will meet at the Buckingham Center. Ed Chilcott reported on heating bills rebate - $160.00 a year is the maximum. The December 12, 1979 meeting of the Senior Citizens' Board will be held in the City Council Office at 2:30 PM.
