I. CALL TO ORDER

Chairperson Sollenberger called the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority to
order at 7:38 a.m.
II. CITIZEN INPUT
There was no citizen input.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
There was not a quorum present at the April or May meetings. The Board reviewed the minutes
from the March 24, 2005 regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority. Commissioner
Davis made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Greeley to approve the minutes of the March
24, 2005 meeting. This motion was passed unanimously.
IV. OLD BUSINESS
Follow-up on Long Term Work Order Questions:
Ms. Brewen presented the Board with the Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) and
answered all questions the Board had on long term work orders.
V. NEW BUSINESS
2005 Budget Revision:
Ms. Brewen presented a memo from Mr. Fluharty explaining the budget 2005 revisions.
Commissioner Brady made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Horn to approve Resolution
No. 05-09, Revision to the 2005 Operating Budget. This motion was passed unanimously.
Review and Acceptance of 2004 Audit:
The Board reviewed the 2004 audit report which had formally been presented by Bondi & Co. at
the April meeting.
VI. LEGISLATIVE ISSUES
There were no legislative issues discussed this month.
VII. MONTHLY ACTIVITY REPORT
The Board reviewed the Monthly Activity Report. Staff answered all questions.
Staff member Mike Salza gave a presentation on the Homeownership program.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Sollenberger adjourned the regular meeting of the Fort Collins Housing Authority
Board at 9:05 a.m. Approved this 27'" day of October, 2005.
