STAFF PRESENT: Ellen Martin, Cory Gundlach, Jill Stilwell
I. Call to order: 3:31 p.m. — Mr. Tollison
II. Consideration of the current agenda.
III. Approval of Minutes from July 20, 2005
Mr. Sherman motions to approve the minutes.
Mr. Howe seconds the motion.
Unanimously approved.
IV. Citizen Participation: none
V. Staff Reports: Ms. Martin presents project updates to the Board.
VL Field Trip to APP Artist Studios and Construction Site:
The Board visited artist Lynne Hull's studio, and the artist presents works in progress for the "East Drake
Pondworks Project." At Joe McGrane's studio, the artist presented to the Board work in progress on the large tile -
covered landscape form to be placed at the `Water Cycle Wall Expansion" site. The Board visited the "Watershed
Stones" site at City Hall with a water feature work in progress by artist Richard Hansen. The Board was very
pleased with all presentations and conditions of work in progress.
