Subcommittees Art Show Heavy Doors PHA Mark Next Tuesday presentation at Beaver Run in Breckenridge for the Colorado Housing Now forum. Them was a PHA home on the parade of homes in Clydesdale Estates. There was a couple that came from Colorado Springs to look at the Fort Collins area and put an offer on the house on the spot. Mark met with them. Both of them are doctors. They loved the home because of the features and the location. We did a survey at the home. There were not that many respondents, about 30. Overall response was: we like the features and we would like to see more of it. We are also doing a short video through cable 14 Showcase Fort Collins. But, I heard that Showcase is on the chopping block so I'm not sure if the show will air. Affordable housing summit was held in June in Fort Collins. The builder of the house on the parade of homes was so thrilled with the features that he will include them in all his future houses.
