MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE WATER BOARD HELD MARCH 3, 1965 AT 11:00 01CLOCK A. M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
Board members Present: Harvey Johnson, Frank Ghent, John Bartel, Fred Feit, also
present R. F. Boos City Manager, Adam Fischer City Engineer and J. T. Banner Consulting
Engineer,
The 1965 Water Improvement and the 1965 Sewer Improvement Bond Ordinances were
presented for review. Joe Banner had studied all water and sewer ordinances and the 1965
revisions were the result of this study. In order to meet the dates set by Boettcher
and Company the Board unanimously recommended the rate changes be accepted.
The City Council refused the following letter to the Board:

Fort Collins, Colo.
Gentlemen:
West Fort Collins Water District requests permission to serve
C. D. Davis doing Business as Davis Skelgas located on highway 14
and 287 north of Ft. Collins.
Our present pipe line extends to the Bottle Shop location approximately
300 feet from the Davis Skelgas property.
Your immediate attention on this matter will be greatly appreciated,
and should there b.,any questions, please don't hesitate to call on us.

After discussion motion was made by Frank Ghent seconded by Fred Feit that
approval be granted the District to serve this property.
